What geographic areas do you serve?
We offer jobs in Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano County, San Francisco,
Orange, and Sacramento counties, including the Reno NV Metropolitan Area.

What industries do you work with?
We offer positions across most industries.

What is the interview process?
When you have filled out the job application, we will ask you to meet with a Dynamic Talent Acquisitions Manager. After this meeting, we offer skills testing. With application and scores, we will search out the best projects for your skills. Once we locate a good match for your skills, we will set up an interview with one of our Clients.

What is the typical length of an assignment?
Assignments have varying lengths, depending on what a Client needs. An assignment may be one week, one month, or one year. You may request short-term or long-term assignments.

Checking Candidate References
While it may seem fundamental, not all services check references. At Dynamic, we will call and check your references before setting up an interview with one of our Clients.

What is the best way to keep my name at the top of the list?
Be on time for your positions. Perform your tasks to the best of your ability. Be professional. Show initiative and good will. Keep in contact with us. A good performance survey will keep you at the top of the list. When you are not on assignment, call in twice a week.

Who does Dynamic represent?
Dynamic represents both the employer and the candidate. We know there are many sides to a position. We are here to guide you through the entire process: starting with updating your resume, to refining your interview techniques, and finally throughout each of your assignments.

What does Dynamic expect of me as an employee?
We pride ourselves on the team that we have out working with our Clients. So we expect you to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. Some things to remember: be on time, keep your cell phones/pagers off during work time, no personal calls, internet usage should be business oriented and directed by your direct supervisor, professional attire and a positive attitude.
